Village by V began with a simple but powerful belief: a well‑supported home creates space for a well‑lived life. I’m Victoria Lemcke, founder of Village by V, I built this company on the understanding that home is more than a place — it’s the foundation that holds everything else together. When that foundation is cared for and supported, life feels lighter, clearer, and more possible.
I’ve spent over a decade as an in‑home senior caregiver and eight years as a nanny. I’ve worked in Property Management, and office administration. I truly love caring for others. As a mother myself, I understand how families are juggling more than ever—often without the time or support to manage the daily details that keep a home running. Seeing how transformative it can be when someone steps in with intention, reliability, and heart inspired me to create Village by V.
Today, we are a full‑service home management company. My team and I are dedicated to bringing reliable order and ease to the people we serve.
