Our Team
Hi, I’m Victoria — the heart behind Village by V.
I started Village by V from a place so many people know all too well: feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of everyday life while trying to hold everything together for everyone else.
I myself have a 9-year-old daughter, and a significant other at home. When I’m not running the business, I enjoy watching my daughter, Lottie, in her weekly gymnastics and horseback riding lessons. Lottie is loved dearly by her father Joe and me, as we share custody and excel in co-parenting. Another reason I started Village by V - I wanted to be able to spend all my time with my daughter without having to request time off or keep up with the demands of a corporate job. Lottie is such a fun, creative kid. I just want to be the mother who shows up for her always!
My significant other, Eric, is just as busy as I am! He juggles a full-time job while coaching 14U baseball and running karaoke on Saturday nights at a local bar. When Lottie is with her father, you can find me keeping up with Eric and helping him when necessary!
We also have our beloved pug, Eleanor. At 10 years young, this blind, deaf and diabetic diva is the absolute queen of our castle!
At the end of the day, I’m just like all of you. Enjoying and making the most out of life.
Hi I’m Jess! I joined the Village by V team in May as a Home Management Partner.
I recently turned 30, got engaged and moved in with a crazy 86 year old Sicilian family member! My hobbies include taking care of the old man and my cat, going to the gym/mall/movies, creating things at my art desk and traveling to Tattoo Conventions/Shop Events!
One thing all of my past and current experiences have in common is the role of being a Helper. From early on working in childcare centers, to teaching little ones to dance, to being a Nanny and then a Personal Trainer. At the end of the day I get my fulfillment through helping, encouraging and supporting others. Victoria likes to say, “Everything happens for a reason.” And I believe our paths crossed for a reason.
